Great Airbnb, right in the heart of downtown, so lots to do and see. Very cute and clean apartment. It was perfect for my boyfriend and I for a couple nights.

This is our new favorite spot to stay in Waverly. We travel about twice a year to visit family, and anyone who's been to Waverly knows both hotels in town. The downtown location is so convenient, and the view of the dam is beautiful. We loved having laundry onsite. Also, the owner is so responsive and proactive with directions on how to locate and enter the apartment. We will definitely be booking again!

My friend and I drove into town for a wedding, and this place could not have been more perfect. The area felt very safe, parking was easy, and the space itself was cozy and lovely. The host was extremely communicative and even let us know when early check-in was available. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was probably the best place I’ve stayed in a while! While it is a small space, every inch is utilized brilliantly! The owners literally thought of everything that you’ll need for your stay. There was ample storage, place for our clothes, kitchen utensils, towels, ect. The YouTube video was ammmaazing that Timothy did that explained everything so make sure you watch that before check-in. We were in town for a funeral, and hosts were very responsive with any questions and flexible with our check in/check out. 10/10 would recommend!

Loved this space! We’ve stayed in studio C & gave this one a try and it was perfect for us and our toddler. Great area for walking, fun shops nearby & good food. Also have everything you need in the unit which is hard to find these days. Thanks so much for the great stay. We’ll be back!

There is a reason this spot is a gem! Timothy was proactive in getting us all the directions and check in information well ahead of check in date and time. Everything in the apartment was more than described and so cozy - it's hard to find an Airbnb with a Cali King bed that fits my 6'8" husband comfortably! Even though the place was a studio it was one of the best stocked locations we have ever stayed at with thoughtful often overlooked amenities such as a fan or an electric kettle. Made our spontaneous need for a stay due to a family funeral much more restful!
