***Apartment B is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be steep for some. If you have any issues with mobility this is not a good fit for you.*** *While we do allow up to three guests, this apartment is best suited for two adults. Please note that the kitchen table seats two, only one bed and a small pull out section (79” x 53”) makes the sleeping arrangements compact, but if you’re like our family and don’t need a lot of space this may be a good fit for a small family. *We do not own or have any control over the stairs leading to the apartment. It is a public hallway shared by other tenants within the apartment building. *Fully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, silverware, dishes, etc. including a table for two. *California King 12 Inch Mattress with Gel Memory Foam *Frameless round shower enclosure *Washer/dryer combo *58” ROKU TV * L Shaped Sectional Couch with convertible bed *Recliner for comfortable seating *Writing desk and ottoman *View and sounds of the river from across the road *Conveniently located to local shops, restaurants, the river and bike trail. Wartburg College and the Waverly Hospital are just a short drive across town while Cedar Falls UNI-Dome or Lost Island Theme and Waterparks are also a short drive at 2o miles away. *Paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap and toilet paper are provided but please bring your own toiletries Apartment B POLICIES: -No smoking/vaping and any signs indicating smoking/vaping inside the apartment or building will result in a $150 fee -No pets -No parties -No tampering with the locks or wifi as this will result in the immediate termination of your stay with no refund Apartment B checkout: -Make sure you have all of your belongings when you check out as we are not responsible for returning any items that get left behind -Please lock the door on your way out
