Welcome to Studio C, a cozy 320 sqft. downtown studio apartment that has been completely remodeled to compliment the charm of our downtown area with exposed brick and all new appliances! While Studio C is small, it has the essentials and luxuries needed to make your stay comfortable! Centrally located in the heart of Waverly and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and the bike trail. Studio C is accessible by a set of 20 stairs that may be too steep for some.

*Studio C is completely renovated, making everything in the apartment from the floors and electric to the decor and appliances all brand new. ***Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be steep for some. If you have any issues with mobility this may not be the best fit for you.*** *We do not own or have any control over the stairs leading to the studio. It is a public hallway shared by other tenants within the apartment building. *The main bridge on Bremer Ave. is now also officially closed due to reconstruction so please be aware there will be detour signs to help you navigate to our studio and shops downtown. You may hear noise from the bridge construction throughout your stay. *Fully equipped kitchen with pots/pans, utensils, silverware, dishes, etc. including a dishwasher and a counter height table for two. *California King bed with a Zinus 12 Inch Green Tea Memory Foam Mattress *Elegant walk-in tile shower *All in one washer/dryer combo for small loads *Electric wall mounted fireplace *58” ROKU TV *Recliner for comfortable seating *Storage bench at end of the bed has replaced the desk and ottoman *View and sounds of the river from across the road *Conveniently located to local shops, restaurants, the river and bike trail. The Cedar Falls UNI-Dome is just 20 miles away or Lost Island Theme and Waterparks are also a short drive at 2o miles away. *Paper towels, garbage bags, dish soap, hand soap, cleaning supplies, bath towels and toilet paper are provided but please bring your own toiletries Studio C POLICIES: -No smoking/vaping and any signs indicating smoking/vaping inside the apartment or building will result in a $150 fee -No pets -No parties -No tampering with the locks or wifi as this will result in the immediate termination of your stay with no refund. PLEASE NOTE: ***Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be too steep for some. If you have any issues with mobility this may not be the best fit for you.***

Studio C is located in downtown Waverly and across the street from the dam and within walking distance to the bike trail.

We do not own or have any control over the hallway leading upstairs to the studio. It is a public hallway shared by other tenants within the apartment complex. Studio C is accessible by climbing a set of 20 stairs that may be a little steep for some so if you have any issues with mobility, this studio is probably not a good fit for you. *The main bridge on Bremer Ave. is now also officially closed due to reconstruction so please be aware there will be detour signs to help you navigate to our studio and shops downtown. You may hear noise from the bridge construction throughout your stay.

Timothy was a fantastic host. The apartment is adorable. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Timothy went above and beyond to communicate instructions, was responsive to a special request I made and really supplied the place with everything I needed. I can not recommend enough. Perfect place for my spouse and I for our long weekend in Waverly and Wartburg Homecoming! Convenient to campus, great restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Waverly!

Find us

There are several shops, restaurants and grocery stores within walking distance. Free parking is also available in the north parking lot behind the building. We do not have a designated parking spot so feel free to park wherever it is most convenient for you. Street parking is also free for you to utilize throughout the day but please be aware that no overnight parking in the street is allowed so you will want to make sure and park in the parking lot overnight.
