Welcome to Daydream by the Gulf a spacious 2 bed 2 bath condo in a low-density complex with only 15 units across the street from the Gulf. Public beach access is just down the road, unofficial beach access is just across from Waves grocery making your walk to the beach easy and accessible! We are 1.6 miles from the heart of Gulf Shores yet far enough away from the larger crowds. The delicious Beach House Kitchen and Cocktails is just around the corner! Short drive to OWA, Wharf or Flora-Bama!
Good to know
Pleasea be aware that we are located on the second level (equivalent to third level due to the building being raised on stilts) and there is no elevator. Please reach out for monthly booking rates. The first bedroom includes a king size bed and cable tv with a private bathroom while the second bedroom has two twin size beds and cable tv. There is a stackable washer and dryer in the hallway for guests to use at their own risk as we are not responsible for damaged or stained clothing. There are also boogie boards, an umbrella, beach chairs and sand toys provided but please remember to return them before you leave so that our next guests can enjoy them as well. The full kitchen is equipped with a drip coffee maker(please bring your favorite coffee/filters as we do not provide any), cookware, utensils, dishes and silverware. There is also a 58" Roku tv set up on guest mode in the living room or just scroll through the 250 channels on rainy days. The living room sofa also folds out in to a bed and has a new memory foam mattress. We provide our guests with one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, garbage bags for each garbage can, dishwasher pods and a roll of paper towels to get your stay started so please pack extra if you feel you will need more along with your personal toiletries and beach towels! There is public beach access just down across the road from us, making your walk to the beach very easy and accessible! Outdoor amenities include a grill and picnic area next to the small outdoor pool. The pool/picnic area is shared with the other 14 units in the complex. *Please note that our pool is not heated and may be closed on occasion during the winter months (November through February). There are also showers in the front or back of the property to rinse off your feet and beach toys after spending a day in the sand. **Please be aware that we are located on the second level (equivalent to third level due to the building being raised on stilts) and there is no elevator.** **Due to the complex's shared occupancy of 14 units, you may expect to hear external noise from sources including footsteps above, children, garbage collection, maintenance activities and other outside sounds.**

This is a family owned condo so please be respectful of your neighbors at all times and no parties. No smoking/vaping anywhere on the premises and this includes no smoking/vaping on the balcony. No pets of any kind. The minimum age to book is 25 years old with a maximum occupancy of 6 in our unit due to HOA, insurance and safety requirements. Only registered guests are allowed in the property and the person who made the reservations must be staying at the property all times and is responsible for their guests during their visit. No tampering with wifi. **This property features one exterior security ring doorbell camera and does not infringe on your privacy.**

Our condo is right across the street from the beach with public beach access a short walk down the road. We are 1.6 miles from the Hangout and heart of Gulf Shores where you can shop and check out some of the local restaurants. You are also a short drive away from the Gulf Shores state park and pier or Little Lagoon which is perfect for paddleboarding or fishing.
