Great location, just across the street from the beach! Stayed with my husband and 2 children. The place came with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, they even had beach toys and a cooler. Perfect for us so we didn't have to bring those items with us! Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our cozy stay. A beautiful view of the dam from the windows. We walked to several restaurants and attractions while there. Timothy provided great instructions - we definitely appreciated a heads up on the local road construction.

This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Waverly! Great location for my needs - which consisted of a grandkids visit! I really enjoyed my quiet and downtime here. Very clean, nicely furnished and well thought out with everything you need for a pleasant stay. I look forward to staying here again!!!

This was a great place to stay for my son and I. Place was very clean inside, nice location near the Cedar River, close proximity to city restaurants and amenities. Would highly recommend.

We traveled for the PG World Series with our 3 kids (ages 12, 10, and 5), and wanted a place that was walkable to the beach for after games. This condo did not disappoint! We loved that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, with beach toys/things provided, had a shower for washing off sand and sea salt after beaching, and a pool for even more swimming. We would enjoy some morning breakfast and coffee on the balcony before heading over to the Gulf Shores and Foley baseball fields (easy 15-30 minute drives, depending on the field) for games. We would definitely stay here again. Timothy was prompt to respond to any questions I had before our stay, which helped me get everyone prepared. Super appreciate it.

What a wonderful place to stay in downtown Waverly Tim was the best host he gave me upfront information that was very helpful and checking in into his studio apartment. During the day, he stayed in communication with us to make sure everything was perfect and then he let us know what was expected of us before we left so it may check out super easy. We would definitely recommend his space and renting from him.

I absolutely loved this condo. The condo looked exactly like the pictures, the beach was right across the street, restaurants and stores all on the same strip. We literally walked to the beach… the condo was nice and clean.. Tim responded quick and was very nice… I’ll give this place a 10 if I could… everything was fine and detailed my kids and I enjoyed ourselves and we’re definitely book again…

This place was excellent! We were looking for a place close to MUSC and this was perfect. Great parking but we could walk to everything pertaining to the college. Very safe .. we loved it.

We had a great time! This apartment had everything we needed for a one month stay. Walkable to MUSC hospital, so that was a big plus. Overall, a fantastic stay!!
