Timothy was a fantastic host. The apartment is adorable. I immediately felt comfortable and at home. Timothy went above and beyond to communicate instructions, was responsive to a special request I made and really supplied the place with everything I needed. I can not recommend enough. I truly enjoyed staying here and hope to visit again!

Timothy was a super-fast responder. Probably the fastest of any AirBnB host I have dealt with. The apartment was needed, because I needed to attend my mother's funeral: Timothy was very kind and supportive, and easy to work with. It was greatly appreciated.

Perfect place for my spouse and I for our long weekend in Waverly and Wartburg Homecoming! Convenient to campus, great restaurants and shops nearby. We would definitely stay here again on future trips to Waverly!

Perfect Gulf Shores stay! Right across the street from the beach, spotless, and stocked with everything, full kitchen, comfy beds, fast Wi-Fi, and beach gear. It truly felt like home, check-in was a breeze, and the location couldn’t be better. Already planning our return! I 100% recommend this lovely place! 😃

We loved this little condo! Right across from the beach and close to downtown. They saved us last minute from an awful airbnb down the street and were so friendly! The condo was clean and homey. My girls and I played games, and had plenty of space. We would stay again!

The space was designed with great attention to detail in every room—it truly felt like a place someone could call home. The unit was very clean and the loft-feel, with exposed brick, was an extra bonus. My sister, her husband and I stayed here mostly for overflow sleeping, as my niece's house did not accommodate us, so it worked out great for us. The listing was very accurate, especially in describing the sleeping arrangements as best suited for a couple and maybe a child or two. I was prepared to sleep on the convertible couch—not the most luxurious option, but it worked just fine for me (I'm not hard to please!). The stairwell was a bit tricky to navigate with a suitcase, but again, this was clearly mentioned in the listing, so there were no surprises. We didn’t use the kitchen during our stay, but it was clean and well-equipped. Overall, a charming space with hosts who clearly care about the experience they provide. Communication was excellent. Would happily stay again!

Great location, just across the street from the beach! Stayed with my husband and 2 children. The place came with 4 beach chairs, an umbrella, they even had beach toys and a cooler. Perfect for us so we didn't have to bring those items with us! Highly recommend.

We traveled for the PG World Series with our 3 kids (ages 12, 10, and 5), and wanted a place that was walkable to the beach for after games. This condo did not disappoint! We loved that it was a 5 minute walk to the beach, with beach toys/things provided, had a shower for washing off sand and sea salt after beaching, and a pool for even more swimming. We would enjoy some morning breakfast and coffee on the balcony before heading over to the Gulf Shores and Foley baseball fields (easy 15-30 minute drives, depending on the field) for games. We would definitely stay here again. Timothy was prompt to respond to any questions I had before our stay, which helped me get everyone prepared. Super appreciate it.

This place was excellent! We were looking for a place close to MUSC and this was perfect. Great parking but we could walk to everything pertaining to the college. Very safe .. we loved it.

We had a great time! This apartment had everything we needed for a one month stay. Walkable to MUSC hospital, so that was a big plus. Overall, a fantastic stay!!
